AI Forms Helper is a Chrome extension and subscription service operated by its publisher. Our website is located at https://ai-forms-helper.vercel.app. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at the email listed in the Chrome Web Store listing.

2. What data we collect

  • Google account information — your name and email address, collected when you sign in with Google to create an account.
  • Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription, your plan type, and renewal date.
  • Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Form content — question text and form titles from Google Forms you choose to fill. This data is sent to OpenAI to generate answers and is not stored by us.
  • Persona text — if you set a custom persona in the extension, it is stored locally in your browser and sent with fill requests. We do not store it on our servers.

3. What we do NOT collect

  • We do not collect browsing history.
  • We do not store Google Form content after generating an answer.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not track you across websites.

4. How we use your data

  • To verify your identity and subscription status when you use the extension.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe.
  • To generate AI answers to Google Form questions via OpenAI's API.
  • To send transactional emails related to your subscription (e.g. payment receipts) — handled by Stripe.

5. Third-party services

  • Google OAuth — used for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — used for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI — used to generate answers to form questions. Form question text is sent to OpenAI's API. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — used to store user accounts and subscription records. Data is stored in the EU region.

6. Data retention

Your account and subscription data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our database within 30 days.

7. Your rights (EEA/GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict or object to processing.
  • Right to data portability.
